Statement:
Identifying, at the level of the brain, vulnerabilities that may predispose relapse in those who are addicted, and addiction in those at-risk. To characterize these vulnerabilities -- in the service of brain-targeted (behavioral or medication) interventions in those who are addicted, and - brain-targeted prevention in those at increased addiction risk.

I sincerely apologize that we have a long-standing and unresolved problem that users are unable to modify the database contents using their logins and passwords. I hope that we can fix this problem soon. In the meantime, I will try to do this manually as best I can.
